Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

You may not cancel or make any changes to an order once it has been submitted. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact by sending a message on Contact Us page.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product if:

  • you do not receive the item within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • the item was faulty or damaged upon receipt and such damage was not due to your own action, omission or negligence. will review each return request and reserves the right to reject any return requests.

Return requests will NOT be accepted in the following circumstances:

  1. The product has been used or is not in its original condition;
  2. The product is returned without its original packaging, accessories, parts, or free gifts/free promotional items associated with the purchase and warranty cards (if any);
  3. The Product has been damaged by you;

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
